Vino Nobile Di Montepulciano is a high quality red wine, DOCG.
The name Montepulciano refers to the area of production in Tuscany: the grape variety used for this wine is rare and can only be produched there. We are talking about the Pruniolo Sangovese type.

A similar variety also exist and basically but it has a completely different charm from Sangiovese.

The tannins are just right, the sent works well in this very well balanced wine.

It is better to combine it with meals than to drink it as it is, in order to enjoy a deeper taste.
We suggest teriyaki chicken or eel sauce. In fact, it has an excellent compatibility with sweet sauces.
A new encounter with Italian wine awaits.
