Questions from customers
Q
I bought one bottle for drinking it now and one for saving it for later.
Should I drink the second bottle within a few months? Where should I store it?
I'm thinking of letting it rest in the cellar for a while,
If you can tell me how much aging is appropriate that would help a lot.
This is the first time for a variety called Freisa.
Thank you.
A
Regarding Langhe Freisa, from the time of purchase, it is said that it is ready to drink,
The bottle you purchased this time is from 2020.
It is expected that the tannins are still hard in the current state.
If you let it rest for 2 to 3 years, it will be more mellow.
After more than 5 years, the wine will reach its limit and there is a possibility that it won't taste good anymore.
The change of wine depends on the management method and the period of laying down.
If you want to put it to rest, please drink it within 2 to 3 years.
